Small but not defenceless

The cat approaches the small lizard (not the house lizard a.k.a. the Cicakman). The lizard puts up a fight. Although the lizard is small, it is not afraid of the cat. It is a matter of life and death. The fighting spirit of the lizard saves its life. Yes, the lizard manage to run for its dear life.

May truth be might and might be demolished by truth.

Syed Imran, i live as if i have nothing to lose.

Oftentimes I am like the lizard facing the mighty cat. Faith keeps me going.

Again, thanks for reminding me to be courageous.

I would very much like to be like the lizard. But in real life, the monsters that attacks us are far more destructive, heinous and evil than a cat is.

In real life, the monsters attacks from different perspectives. They can tarnish your image, make you economically unsound by making you lose your livelihood, some even to the extent of using the legal means to satisfy their unsatiable greed. Not confined to those, they can also hurt(economically) your families, friends and related ones as well. Establishments are known to fall from such attacks, what more mere individuals. These monsters make us fall in all angles, whether financially, socially, politically, legally and whatever angles they can think of.

Come to think of it, even the worst predators in the animal kingdom are not so despicable as those of the homo sapien kind, our own species.

Mat Jerman, how true. Yes the animal world is, more "humane" than humans. Animals hunt for the sole purpose of survival. Animals, as predators, kills to continue living and to support their packs or groups. Animals are not greedy, one kill is enought to last several days perhaps a couple of weeks. A predator will not kill its prey when it is not hungry. This is the discipline under the life cycle of animals.

I could not agree more with you. Thank you.
